Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce is managed by a board of directors who invest significant time in the strategic development and the day-to-day management of the organisation. ICC operates a sub committee structure through its Board of Directors as follows:

Made up of representatives from a wide range of business sectors our board of directors work within multinationals, SME’s, education, social enterprises and family businesses. This diversity of business experience and expertise is united by a common passion and determination to see Inverclyde succeed.

  • Linda Scott

    Chamber Role: President
    Business Bio: Linda works for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions Ltd (TGCS), based at the Custom House in Greenock. She is currently the company leader for Global Logistics & Trade Compliance, as well as global Supply Chain Business Operations. Her career, spanning more than 30 years, includes various technical and management roles in IBM, before moving to TGCS in 2012. Linda's experience lies in international logistics, export and import compliance, business transformation, customer fulfilment and control tower operations related to the compliant movement of TGCS products throughout the world.

  • Gavin McDonagh

    Chamber Role: Senior Vice-President
    Business Bio: Gavin was born and bred in Inverclyde and has worked with Holt Leisure Parks Ltd since 1982 and throughout the three decades plus with the group he has worked as Company Accountant through Company secretary to Financial Director and ultimately Managing Director. He has had the opportunity to be part of building up the various businesses including three Holiday Parks, three Marinas, Skibo Castle and their holiday cottages, Isle of Gigha holiday cottages and Hotel, and Craobh Marina holiday cottages.

  • Lynn Rayner

    Chamber Role: Junior Vice-President
    Business Bio: Lynn is a solicitor and has worked in Inverclyde since graduating from Glasgow University in 1989. She is a partner with Greenock firm Patten & Prentice and deals with company law, commercial and domestic conveyancing and housing association work. Lynn was born in Greenock and is committed to serving the business community of Inverclyde both as a solicitor and as a Director of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce.

  • Steven Watson

    Chamber Role: Immediate Past President
    Business Bio: Steven is the Founder and CEO of Stepwell an innovative social enterprise company committed to improving the health, wellbeing and employment opportunities of people living in Inverclyde. Steven oversees the commercial activities of the company, including The Cookschool at Stepwell, Fresh and Progress. He is passionate about promoting Inverclyde as an attractive leisure and tourism destination, as well as the development of an entrepreneurial culture which is responsive to social need.

  • David Morgan

    Chamber Role: Treasurer
    Business Bio: David Morgan joined Royal Bank of Scotland in 1985 and has served in a number of Branches throughout the West of Scotland. David moved in Greenock in 1991 and carried out a variety of roles during this time. He served as a Business Manager from 1996-2001 and Manager of Commercial Banking from 2001-2006. In 2006 he moved to the Paisley Commercial Team to his current role of Relationship Director, Commercial Banking, supporting businesses in the £1m+ turnover category. David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.

  • Anne Campbell

    Chamber Role: Director
    Business Bio: Anne took up the position of Assistant Principal, at West College Scotland, following the merger of James Watt, Clydebank and Reid Kerr Colleges in August 2013. Her Faculty covers Health and Social Care, Childhood Practice, Social Science, Science, Maths, Sport and Learner Development. Previously, she occupied various roles during her 13 years with James Watt College. She is committed to leading a dynamic, demand-driven curriculum, focused on skills, employment and progression, which meets - and exceeds - the needs of its students, staff, stakeholders and communities.

  • Cindy Robb

    Chamber Role: Director
    Business Bio: Cindy has been involved with the business community in Inverclyde for more than 20 years. Formerly a Business Development Executive at James Watt College, Cindy now manages an incubator hub for start-up and early stage creative design entrepreneurs. With experience of setting up & running three family businesses including Richard Robb Architects, Clan Charters & Kilfinan House Ltd. Cindy understands the needs of and challenges facing small businesses and is passionate about encouraging people of all ages to think creatively and take up business opportunities.

  • Drew Gallagher

    Chamber Role: Director
    Business Bio: Drew is the Managing Director of the Cardwell Group a family business that was established in 1962. Currently there are 3 main areas of operation: 1. Cardwell Garden Centre which not only is one of the largest Garden Centres in Scotland but also one the very few left that still operates its own Plant Nursery attracting a vast number of visitors to Inverclyde 2. Cardwell Nurseries Contracts Division delivering grounds and external areas repairs and maintenance 3. Scottish Gritting that delivers pro-active and re-active gritting and snow clearance throughout Scotland.

  • Susan King

    Chamber Role: Director
    Business Bio: Susan is a Director of BEP Signs, the West of Scotland's leading manufacturer of bespoke signs and exhibitions. Susan has been in the sign and exhibition industry for more than 20 years in a number of roles from working on the shop floor to finally owning her own company. Thanks to her progressive approach to business, BEP is opening new offices in Glasgow and Ayrshire. At BEP, Susan is responsible for marketing, new product development, sales, out-sourcing competitive suppliers and the business accounts. Outside of work Susan enjoys the outdoor life and travelling.
