Can you demonstrate creativity, originality, & effectiveness? How were the outcomes established? What intelligence, innovation & strategic processes were used and to what effect?

This recognises that while few established brands experience a total overhaul, brand-owners increasingly run campaigns to boost brand-awareness among customers or to fulfil corporate social responsibility obligations

How long has a promotion been in use / has it finished?
ENTRIES ARE PUT IN CONTEXT OF SCALE and Budget available against ROI regardless of Market sector.

CONSISTENCY IS REWARDED
Judges will be looking for consistent quality of idea, design and execution across more than one media through which a brand is seen. They could include print and digital promotions, say, a retail outlet or point-of-sale material, or an exhibition, a T-shirt and packaging.

The panel will be looking for consistent quality of concept, design and execution across a number of touchpoints of a brand. The entries will need to meet three main criteria:

  • A strong, compelling concept that’s appropriate for the client
  • Beautiful and consistent execution across two or more brand touchpoints
  • Branding that stands head and shoulders above the rest of its market sector

Creativity

  • Did the campaign demonstrate original thinking in the creative idea generation and execution?

Understanding of Objectives

  • How well was the activity tailored to an identified business need, targeted audience and business environment?
  • Did the agency/marketing team demonstrate understanding of specific campaign objectives as well as the brands long term business objectives?

Strategic Thinking

  • Did the agency/marketing team add value through intelligent, innovative and relevant strategic thinking?

Effectiveness / ROI

  • Was Success measured? Was ROI evaluated?
  • Did the campaign meet the set objectives and add value to the business?

Consistency

  • Judges will be looking for consistent quality of idea, design and execution across more than one media through which a brand is seen.
