Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce are hosting a webinar on Businesses adapting to Covid-19 and what can be learned from the China. This event is free, open to all and Inverclyde businesses are encouraged to take part.
As businesses continue to combat the effects of the Covid-19 outbreak, Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce, in association with Zudu will be hosting a webinar to look at how Chinese organisations have adapted their business models and invested in digital technologies in order to mitigate the impacts, adapt to the rapidly changing environment and be ready to bounce back as the population returns to work.
Included in the Webinar will be a short introduction from DACC and information on the services offered to Chamber members. James Buchan will then give the main presentation on how companies in China have adapted to the Coronavirus. This will be followed by Stuart Hamilton from the Scottish Chamber of Commerce on the steps that are being taken and the news from their wider network. Then to finish there will be a Q&A where you will be able to raise questions with James, the DACC team and the Scottish Chamber.
James Buchan co-founded Dundee based Digital Agency Zudu in 2014, after working in the US, Japan and China, consulting and implementing data driven consumer behaviour systems for Walmart. Zudu works with local and international clients building UK and Chinese digital campaigns. He presents at sold out events with Scottish Enterprise to educate companies on Chinese digital marketing and eCommerce, and is Vice-President of the Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce.
Stuart Hamilton, International Business & Trade Specialist with Scottish Chamber of Commerce, has 40 years’ experience in B2B sales, including 10 years delivering sales, leadership & management training, Stuart has a proven track record in helping businesses to achieve ambitious targets. As a mentor acting for several Chambers of Commerce and business accelerator companies, Stuart also has many years’ experience in working with start-ups and scale-ups to implement effective sales processes and systems.
