Operating across Inverclyde, they deliver a wide range of engaging programmes focused on sport, education, employability, and health. Their work has been recognised through a number of awards, highlighting the positive impact they continue to have within our community.
Their projects are split across three key areas: More than Football, Football for All, and Heritage, allowing them to support people in different ways and reach all parts of the community.
Each week, they support around 1,400 participants of all ages, from young children to older adults, through a variety of projects. With the help of their dedicated staff, volunteers, and trustees, they are committed to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Craig Molloy Coaching C.I.C was founded in November 2024 by our Director and head coach Craig Molloy with the aim of connecting as many people as possible in Inverclyde through the power of football.
The social enterprise was set up to provide opportunities for all, we believe everyone deserves a chance to play, learn and grow through sport regardless of background, ability or circumstances.
We are committed to creating environments where participants feel welcome, safe and valued on and off the pitch.
We exist to serve and strengthen our local community, our programmes are designed to be accessible, affordable and beneficial to all.
We are a community-focused football organisation, our mission extends beyond sport we use football as a platform to uplift individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and to strengthen the bonds within our local community.
We are providing trauma-informed community sports coaching across Inverclyde for over 250 Individuals each week from age 2 – 73.
We are proud to run a wide range of inclusive programs that make a genuine, lasting impact in the Inverclyde area.
These include:
Children’s Football Classes: We offer structured, fun, and engaging sessions for children of all abilities. These classes not only focus on football skills but also promote confidence, discipline, teamwork, and physical wellbeing. For many of these young people, this provides a crucial outlet and a sense of belonging they may not find elsewhere;
Over-50s Walking Football Group: This initiative brings together older adults—many of whom face isolation or health challenges—and offers them a way to stay active, socialize, and maintain their physical and mental health. It’s more than just a game; it’s a lifeline for connection and routine;
New Scots Integration Program: We are especially proud of our work with asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants, helping them integrate into the community through football. Through regular training, matches, and social activities, CIC creates a welcoming environment where New Scots can build friendships, improve their English, develop skills, and feel truly part of Scottish life, this is in partnership with Inverclyde HSPC;
Girls-only football classes: This creates a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where girls can build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy the game without pressure. We believe in breaking down barriers to participation, promoting equality in sport, and giving every girl the chance to thrive both on and off the pitch;
ASN football: We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to enjoy sport in a supportive, inclusive environment, Our tailored football sessions help build confidence, improve physical fitness, foster friendships, and teach valuable life skills—all while providing a fun and safe space to participate;
Recovery football: Trust-building and empowerment: Especially for those facing addiction, isolation, or trauma, the monthly football programmes give structure, confidence, and belonging in a compassionate setting.
A multi award winning pet services business based in Inverclyde. Established 2017, our professional and fully qualified staff provide caring and holistic pet care services to dogs, cats, rabbits and small animals which includes Pet Grooming, Ultrasound Teeth Brushing and Animal Reiki. Our fully qualified educators also provide training and qualifications to those who want to become pet groomers, dog walkers, pet sitters, or to those already operating in the industry, we offer additional training and qualifications to enhance their skills and the services they provide to their customers. We are providers of many qualifications that cannot be sourced anywhere else in Scotland. We also educate owners / professionals in Pet First Aid, Canine Behaviour and Pet Ownership. We actively support charities and organisations within the community through funding, donations or offering work experience. We are working with the Scottish Government to obtain regulation for the Pet Industries within Scotland to enable both the full protection of our pets and to enhance the professional status of those working within the industry.
Created on 1 August 2013 by the merger of Clydebank College, Reid Kerr College in Paisley and James Watt College in Greenock, the College has 21,500 students and 1,200 staff, making it one of the biggest educational institutions in the country. Ocean Youth Trust Scotland is a leading youth work charity and floating outdoor education centre. Through our adventurous residential sailing voyages and the help of hundreds of volunteers, we support young people aged 12-25 to realise their true potential.
Through Developing the Young Workforce West, employers are able to engage with local young people, allowing insight into their industry and the opportunity to develop and source their future workforce.
