

Inverclyde Leisure is inviting applications for a co-opted volunteer Director to join our Board and contribute to the delivery of our next three-year Strategic Plan. This is an exciting opportunity to help guide a vibrant organisation that plays a central role in improving health, wellbeing, and community life across Inverclyde.
We’re looking for individuals with strategic leadership experience or business expertise in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Strategic Management, Asset Management, Marketing, Health Prevention, or Commercial Development.

What We’re Looking For
Our Directors play a vital role in steering our strategy and ensuring good governance. We’re seeking someone who:
· Understands and supports the organisation’s mission, vision, and values
· Brings energy, insight, and a genuine passion for leisure and community development
· Can commit time to six board meetings per year and occasional planning sessions or events
· Works well collaboratively and listens thoughtfully to others
· Is supportive and works well in a group environment
· Acts with integrity and in the best interests of the charity at all times
