OYT Scotland is an award-winning voluntary organisation and youth work charity. Our sailing voyages provide a uniquely powerful and effective environment for the personal development of young people from all backgrounds. Since 1999, we have supported more than 15,000 disadvantaged young people aged 12-25 through the unique experience of youth work on the waves.
As they approach our 25th anniversary, we are looking to recruit up to four new Trustees who will bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to help change the lives of young people from across Scotland.

Applicants do not need to show previous experience in a Trustee position. Instead, they are interested to see the unique skills and experience that you can bring to the Board, and how you can support youth work on the waves.
