Beacon Arts Centre is serving up a programme of shows to keep children and teenagers busy this summer. School holidays begin on June 28 and the Beacon has something for everyone. Julia Donaldson’s Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book gets the programme started on July 2. Teens and tweens will enjoy singing and dancing along to the latest hits as Pop Divas Live! takes to the stage on July 11. The UK’s number one pop tribute will bring singalong hits to Inverclyde. Join Fireman Sam, for an epic camping adventure live on stage on July 19, while The Amazing Bubble Man himself, Louis Pearl, is on stage on July 26. He’ll wow audiences with incredible bubble tricks and the art – and science – of bubbles. The holiday programme will close with Dinosaur Adventure Live on August 10.
