Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce to be held at the Royal West of Scotland Amateur Boat Club on 20th June 2024 at 6.30pm.

The Board of Directors of  Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce of Inverclyde hereby intimates that an Annual General Meeting shall be held at the Royal West of Scotland Amateur Boat Club on 20th June 2024 at 6.30pm.

Please note that the AGM is for Chamber members only. However, friends and family are welcome to join us for our annual summer BBQ, which will begin at 7 PM, immediately following the AGM.

We will kick off at 6.30pm sharp with a short presentation from our Chamber President Lizzy Todd who will cover what we have achieved over the past year and our plans for the future.

We will then work through the following agenda:

Agenda

1. Welcome and introduction by Lizzy Todd, President of ICC.

2. To approve the Minute of the last AGM, Thursday 22nd June 2023.

3. Approval of the annual accounts.

4. Approval of the re-appointment of the Auditors – Henderson & Co.

5. Approval of the following resolutions: 

● Resolution 1: to receive the annual accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
● Resolution 2: to approve the re-election of Henderson & Company Chartered Accountants as auditors of ICC.

6. Any other competent business.
