DuoDay 2024 will take place on Thursday, 21st November, and is an exciting initiative aimed at promoting inclusive employment for disabled people across Europe. The day brings together disabled individuals, supported employment agencies, and local employers for a one-day job shadowing experience, highlighting the positive contributions disabled people make in the workplace.

Employers across Scotland are invited to participate by offering a 1-day work taster. This job shadowing opportunity gives participants a chance to experience roles they may be interested in and explore career options.
