Sobia has always had a passion for fitness. The reason for this is the impact on both herself and those attending her classes. She has taught spin for five years and latterly Reformer Pilates.

Her knowledge in how to work a room and get people where they want to be in their own fitness journey is second to none. Opening this studio has been a dream for Sobia and it's finally here. From going to her first Reformer Pilates class and now teaching in a space she has created and so proud of has been a journey in itself.
