Highlights from our last ‘A Look Into…’ event which took place on 5th March at EE / BT Enterprise’s customer contact Centre in Greenock.
Attendees had the chance to hear from Chris Chance, Head of SME Service at Greenock, on BT Enterprise’s Digital Skills For Tomorrow programme which aims to reach 10 million across the UK by 2025 to provide Tech skills and training.
Chris said:
“It was great to host our Inverclyde’s local business community for the morning to showcase how technology is changing and where we BT can help support ensure small businesses have the digital skills for tomorrow”.
There was also a tour of the vast call centre site, which houses the second largest local workforce in Inverclyde. EE staff on the call centre floor also spoke directly to attendees on the continuous improvements being made in relation to EE’s customer experience strategy an how service targets are reached.
Attendees also had the chance to network with each other and hear from ICC’s Senior Executive Officer Rachel Burns about the upcoming ICON Business Awards.
The next event in the ICC Networking Twenty2020 series will be announced soon.
