Waterfront Cinema are asking customers for their views as they prepare to re-open and welcome patrons for the first time in over 3 months.
As with many leisure and hospitality businesses, the cinema was forced to close temporarily back in March this year, however they have now been given the green light from Scottish Government to be able to re-open from 15th July.
The team are now looking to get the views of their customers to help gather information to create additional guidelines and advice specific to the cinema with a short survey which can be completed here.
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is anonymous
Cinema duty manager Carys Knox said:
“We are really thankful to everyone who has supported us during our time of temporary closure and cant wait to welcome our customers back with the much-anticipated re-opening of Waterfront Cinema in a couple of weeks.”
The cinema have also been staying busy by running a takeaway food service for cinema snacks on a Friday and Saturday. Customers can call the box office (01475 732201) Wednesday-Friday from 12pm-5pm to pre-order their food, select their pick up slot and pay over the phone.
As a thank you to those ordering, the cinema also have a discount voucher in every order for the following week along with a QR code which can be scanned for a chance to win 2 free tickets for the cinema to use when it re-opens.
Any customers who have specific questions or comments regarding the survey or cinema reopening are asked to email carysknox@westcoastcinemas.com
