Inverclyde is one of 15 Scottish areas being allowed to move into level one of the Government’s pandemic restrictions.
The switch down from level two will take place on Saturday.
Neighbouring authorities Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire are among 13 districts that will remain in level two.
Glasgow is moving down to level two from level three.
