The annual CoStar Awards have recognised ICC Members Bowman Rebecchi as the second most-active single branch agency for industrial property in Scotland.
Bowman Rebecchi’s latest award is based on the number of deals completed in 2021, with the business improving on its previous fourth-place ranking in 2020.
The impressive position for the Gourock-based Commercial Property firm was based on a detailed analysis of deals that property information and marketing provider, CoStar collects each month.
The award is the second year in a row that CoStar has recognised Bowman Rebecchi’s development, with the previous award in 2021 based on square footage.
East Kilbride agency, Rosslyn Property was named as the most active single branch agent, with Smart & Co (Perth) named third, Dundee-based Westport property fourth and FG Burnett (Aberdeen) completing the top five.
This latest recognition is the fourth accolade for the growing property firm since its launch two years ago, following previous CoStar Awards for lets across Inverclyde and the west coast.
Bowman Rebecchi Director, Andrew Bowman (above left) said:
“This is wonderful recognition for Bowman Rebecchi, and we are delighted to continue to climb the performance charts.
“To be named as the second most-active agency in Scotland, alongside some fantastic and well-established businesses, is a considerable achievement for the size of the area that we cover.
“When you also consider the trading and economic challenges caused by Covid-19 in 2021 for both tenants and landlords, we are delighted that our performance has been recognised.
“We continue to adapt to ensure we deliver a first-class service, with our marketing and personable approach being welcomed by our clients and tenants.
“CoStar continues to be a great support to our business and we thank them for this recognition.”
In 2021 the business also launched Bowman Rebecchi Letting, acquiring Castle Estates in a joint venture with Glasgow-based firm, Newton Letting.
Bowman Rebecchi Director, Marco Rebecchi (above right), said:
“We continue to focus on areas we can add value to further support businesses and landlords in both the commercial and residential property markets across the west of Scotland.
“There are several opportunities in the pipeline for the business, all of which will add a further welcome boost and increased investment into the local economy.
“We strongly believe 2022 will be another exciting year for the businesses and would like to continue to thank our clients and tenants for their ongoing support.”
