Expanding Inverclyde-based property firm, Bowman Rebecchi has announced a new partnership with GPD Mortgage Solutions as the two Inverclyde Chambers combine.

The new collaboration will see GPD offer residential mortgage, insurance, and protection services for Bowman Rebecchi’s clients.

Founded in 2020, GPD provides mortgages, including exclusive deals not found on the high street, and personal protection solutions for a range of customers, led by founder Sean Doyle.

The business has recently hired local mortgage advisor Jill Dillon to further strengthen the team.

Sean began his 20-year career with the Bank of Scotland, working his way up to a premium manager position before qualifying as a mortgage adviser.

In the years that followed, Sean worked across Scotland, before launching GPD Mortgage Solutions which is based in Greenock in August 2020.

Based in Gourock, Bowman Rebecchi provides specialist commercial and residential lettings, sales, and management services across west-central Scotland, managing over 1,200 properties across west and central Scotland.

Earlier this year, Bowman Rebecchi released the first plots of the McPherson Development in Gourock, which is creating 22 three-bedroom semi-detached homes for Inverclyde.
