On behalf of the board of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce, I am delighted to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce, which will be held at Greenock Wanderers RFC, Octavia Terrace, Greenock, PA16 7PX at 6.30pm on 22nd June 2023.

The AGM will be followed by our summer picnic. At the AGM, the board will invite you to:

• Receive the annual accounts for the year ending 31st December 2022
• Approve the appointment of new board members
• To approve the re-appointment of the Auditors – Henderson & Co
• To approve other business resolutions

Penelope Hof, in her capacity as Finance Officer for Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce, will take members through the accounts and finances and respond to your questions.

Any questions for the AGM should be submitted in advance to membership@inverclydechamber.co.uk, by noon on 7th June 2022.

The formal notice of the AGM together with the supporting documentation for the AGM, including the Annual Accounts and Minutes of the last AGM, will be available to all registered attendees and will also be made available via the Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce website from 31st May 2022.
