The ReadyForBrexit.Scot hub brings together all that the Scottish Chamber network has to offer businesses in terms of support for preparing for Brexit, while bringing together the resources that are available such as grants for companies that will face extra costs.
Scottish Chambers of Commerce‘s new online hub provides access to resources, support and advice to encourage business communities to prepare for Brexit. The platform will be continually updated as developments around Brexit are made public and it also offers a country-by-country guide to rules for cross-border trading and data protection, a self-assessment tool and links to relevant information including where to apply for Scottish Government grants up to £4,000.
The hub also includes a comprehensive list of Brexit-preparedness events, webinars and advice sessions.
Scottish Chambers of Commerce chief executive Dr Liz Cameron said:
“Whatever happens with Brexit – and companies are still, regrettably, in the dark – this new portal puts all the information that is out there at their fingertips.”
Rachel Burns, SEO of Inverclyde Chamber said:
“We hope that SCC’s new online hub will act as an effective resource for our Chamber members and businesses across Scotland in what is proving to be an uncertain time. We encourage all of our members to prepare as best they can for Brexit and get involved in the various events and Web seminars advertised on the hub”.
