Ardgowan Distillery is starting the construction of its new distillery and to celebrate is hosting an open day for the public.

The Ardgowan Distillery Open Day takes place from 12:00 – 17:00 on Saturday 22 July 2023.

With live music from crowd pleasers The Laurettes, pizzas, burgers and ice cream, competitions, freebies, prizes, and face painting there’s plenty for the family to enjoy.

It will also be the first time anyone can pre-purchase an Ardgowan cask.

There is a range of discounts on all of the Ardgowan Distillery whisky products as well as learning more about the innovative Clan Ardgowan membership programme.

A special limited edition Clan Ardgowan Open Day whisky will be available on special offer just for the day with just 250 individually numbered bottles for sale.

There will also be a whisky tasting and bottle signing and a gin distillery site tour and walk-through.

The event is a celebration of the Ardgowan journey and the aim has been to host this launch event within the local community in Inverkip.

Free shuttle buses are available from Gourock Station and Inverkip Station and Inverkip Hotel, with plenty of onsite car parking and bike racks available and Inverkip Hotel Bar on-site.
