Business Gateway Inverclyde, in partnership with Inverclyde Council, is pleased to introduce some new grant funding available to businesses within Inverclyde that have been trading for at least twelve months.

These grants can support capital investment into the business, marketing, and training, all with the aim of helping businesses to grow.

Capital Equipment Grant

This discretionary fund can cover up to 100% of eligible costs of capital expenditure (excluding VAT) up to a maximum contribution of £2,000.

Business Assistance Grant

This discretionary fund can cover up to 50% of eligible costs of capital expenditure (excluding VAT) up to a maximum contribution of £5,000.

Business Marketing Grant

The Marketing Grant offers support of 100% of total costs to a maximum of £1,500 (excluding VAT) for a range of marketing activities.

Training Grant

Offers support of up to 100% of total costs to a maximum of £1,500 (excluding VAT) for training which will have the potential to improve the development of the business in terms of turnover/profitability or employment.  Please note mandatory training is not eligible for support.

Tourism Business/Marketing Grant

Offers support of up to 100% of total costs to a maximum £2,000 (excluding VAT) for businesses in the tourism sector.

Please note these grants are not retrospective so must be applied for, and approved by Inverclyde Council and the client receive an Offer Letter prior to any order commitment.
