Blairs Windows & Doors is proud to welcome the newest addition to its factory in Inverclyde – a specifically designer profiling and tenon machine and 5 Axis CNC machine.
This state-of-the-art timber manufacturing machine will help increase the efficiency and accuracy of Blairs timber windows and door products, without compromising on quality.
Blairs has long understood the importance and needs to reinvest in the business in order to stay ahead of the competition and continue to manufacture high-quality timber windows and door products from within the UK and within a competitive marketplace.
Blairs Windows & Doors was established in 1913 and is renowned for manufacturing high-quality timber window and door products, delivering throughout the UK, Europe, and the World. Having proudly invented the double swing timber window in the late 1980s, they are excited to further build on their market-leading expertise.
Over the last few months, the company has invested more than £700k in their UK manufacturing plant through the installation of manufacturing equipment, modernising systems, and staff training.
As well as enhancing Blairs current product range, this investment will enable Blairs to develop further and add to their existing timber product range with tests currently being carried out for an impending new product launch.
Blairs has a key focus on reducing its carbon footprint where possible and is proud to manufacture all its products in Britain and deliver through its UK distribution network.
