Businesses Urged To Act Now Before Ventilation Grant Ends

Greenock-based company, AirCare Scotland Ltd is offering tried-and-tested ventilation solutions to local businesses — with much of the cost eligible to be covered by Government grants.

New ICC Member, AirCare Scotland Ltd are suppliers of innovative Air Steril air cleaning, infection control products, suitable for all kinds of premises, from offices to hotels to care homes.

Air Steril units work by eliminating all airborne virus and bacteria. At the recent global climate change COP26 conference in Glasgow, Air Steril units were the only approved units to be installed by the Scottish Government.

The Scottish Government have grants available to help businesses improve ventilation, but only until the end of March 2022.

Air Steril units cost from £220 to £450 per unit. The grant allows up to £250 per unit, the balance to be paid by the business.

Businesses can claim up £2,500 to improve ventilation within their premises.

Applying is easy and firms do not need a business plan; they just complete the questions on the Scottish Government’s website and they will send an e-mail to confirm if they are eligible.
