Overview: The Bothy is a walking & cycling hub inside the Gourock train station. We are promoting cycling and walking activities. We aim to get more people cycling rather than using the car, especially on shorter journeys. We offer health walks and cycling activities, for example, e-bike tryouts, confidence-building better biking sessions on roads, family cycling sessions, e-cargo bike sessions, learn-to-ride sessions (adults only), group-led rides, pop-up events with local businesses with e-bike tryouts and/or trail-side repairs. All activities are free, and bikes and helmets will always be provided.
