Administrator/Customer Service

Hours: 37.5 hrs (plus working outwith normal hours as required).

Salary: Good rates of pay commensurate with experience

Working Pattern: Permanent

Location: 9 Baker Street, Greenock, PA15 4TU

Due to continued growth, Blairs Windows and Doors currently has a full-time vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator to join its team at its Baker Street factory and offices in Greenock.

Blairs are looking for a candidate that enjoys working with people and has a strong personality, drive and ambition that can fit into the customer-facing team within the factory,

The successful candidate will be able:

• To demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Blairs range of products to enable you to connect with customers and collaborate with other colleagues

• To demonstrate a passion for continuously delivering superior customer experience

• To consistently deliver a friendly and efficient service at all times

• To demonstrate strong communication skills, which enable you to engage in effective conversations with customers and to build a strong professional rapport

• To demonstrate your ability to understand customer’s requirements through effective fact-finding questions.

Preferable Experience:

• Administration and customer service: 1 year

Preferable Qualifications:

• A-Level or Higher equivalent
