Morton in the Community are looking to get young people 'Off the Bench' in the new year.

They are now recruiting for their employability programme targeting 16 to 25 year olds hoping to progress in employment or education.

Off the Bench runs three days a week for eight weeks with guest speakers, mentoring, a first aid coach as well as SFA coaching badges and a CV workshop.

The aim is to build self esteem and confidence, as well as developing skills including volunteering opportunities.

The programme is delivered at Cappielow Park with breakfast, lunch and kit provided.
