We put relationships at the core of training, leadership, and partnerships.Tigers Group comprises three private limited companies all of whom are commercially minded with clear social intention.

Our training company ‘Learn With Tigers’ established in 2001 specialises in the delivery of Foundation and Modern Apprenticeships across three dedicated industry academies.

We practice a whole-person approach to education across all academies, that is to say, that cognitive, emotional, and relational development is given parity of esteem, we believe that vocational education is a first-class education. All of our qualifications are delivered by industry-experienced training staff alongside values-aligned partners and represent industry-led and supported vocational education.

Our Construction, Early Years, and Business Skills Academies offer a further raft of training opportunities, including employability, leadership, and management training as well as school programmes across the West of Scotland. From Construction Craft, Early Years, and Social Care to Creative Media and Digital Marketing we offer opportunities for young people as well as upskilling options for business partners.

Our ‘Relationship Led Practice’ was created from an understanding that significant learning and development only happen in the presence of secure, positive relationships. We believe young people learn best, grow, and thrive, in whatever career they choose, when they’re fully supported. We offer everything needed to flourish: training through our courses and apprenticeships, connections through our mentorship programmes, as well as our ongoing, caring support.

We have a small chain of nurseries called Lullaby Lane, established in 2013, which operates an attachment-led practice model, following the science of connection and working on the principle that children require stable, healthy, loving relationships if they are to develop into rounded adults we wish them to be in the future.

Additionally, we operate a landscaping business Paradigm Landscapes, established in 2021, which offers commercial, social, and residential services. Our explicit social intention within this business is that we will employ a minimum of 25 percent of our workforce from a justice-related background.
