The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce (ICC) will be held on 15th June 2022 at Greenock Wanderers RFC, Octavia Terrace, Greenock, PA16 7PX at 6:00pm.

If you wish to attend the AGM, please complete the registration form below by 12:00pm on Monday 13th June 2022.

The agenda and minutes of the previous AGM are published below - the annual accounts will follow.

The following Resolutions are proposed for approval by the members at the meeting:

Resolution 1: To receive the annual accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

Resolution 2: To approve the re-election of Henderson & Company Chartered Accountants as auditors of ICC.

Resolution 3: To approve the appointment of Shona Darroch as a director of ICC in accordance with the Byelaws.

Resolution 4: To approve the increase of the annual membership fees of the ICC by 12.5% with effect of 1st August 2022
