Greenock Terminal’s Ingenious Container Tribute

Greenock Ocean Terminal

Workers at Greenock Ocean Terminal came up with their own distinctive tribute to health staff for the Thursday night Clap For Our Carers.

They used carrying and manoeuvring equipment to position containers to spell out NHS, complete with rainbow.

Port Director and former ICC President, Andrew Hemphill said:

“Well done to all the team in Greenock for getting ready ahead of tonight’s show of support for the great work that the NHS, carers, front-line staff and key workers do to keep the country safe, secure and stocked.

“Special thanks also go to the container lines for allowing us to move these containers to all show our support.”
