L-R: Derek MacFeate and Ken Morrice

ICC Member, MM Search, is launching a new podcast series called the “Rules of Leadership”.

The first episode will feature Scottish rugby hero turned talent and coaching expert – Tony Stanger. Tony represented Scotland 52 times at Rugby Union and is their joint record try scorer of all time.

He was part of the victorious British Lions Tour to South Africa in 1997 and scored arguably the most famous try in Scottish rugby history to win the Grand Slam in 1990.

The podcast series will see the Founding Managing Partners of MM Search, Ken Morrice and Derek MacFeate, interview inspiring and engaging business leaders from a wide range of sectors handpicked to share their career experiences and inspirations.

The MM Podcast will dive into the secrets of a mix of impressive business leaders asking them about their daily habits, mindset, and approach to leadership. The first series includes interviews with:

  • Tony Stanger, Scotland rugby hero turned talent and coaching expert and founder of Stanger Pro.
  • Caroline McKenna, CEO and founder of Social Good Connect.
  • Lynne Clow, Senior Vice President Human Resources and Shared Services at KCA Deutag.
  • Julie Ashworth, Managing Director at BroadReach Ltd.

The first series airs on iTunes and Spotify on Friday 7 May.

Derek MacFeate, Founding Managing Partner, MM Search, said:

“Diving into the mindset of how others lead with intent is fascinating on both a professional and personal level. People really are your organisation’s greatest asset, and we can learn a lot from others who have an open leadership style.”

Ken Morrice, Founding Managing Partner, MM Search, said:

“Launching the podcast with Scottish rugby legend Tony Stanger has really set the bar for the tone and gravitas of the podcast. Tony has a fascinating take on executive leadership applying his sports science degree to focus on the challenges of corporate coaching.”
