Inverclyde Council is hosting virtual listening events and launching a survey for residents to make their voices heard on savings areas and spending priorities over the next 12 months.

Businesses are reminded to take steps to prepare for Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Value Added Tax (VAT) before it becomes mandatory for all VAT-registered businesses from 1 April this year. 

The Scottish Government has committed £8 million for creative freelancers who have lost income following the cancellation of work that was due to take place in the period from the 27 November 2021 to the 31 March 2022 as a consequence of COVID-19.
