The Port Glasgow-based company is looking for a Heraldic Artist or trainee to replace their current artist who is going back to family in France.

The preference is for someone who lives in Inverclyde, in order to minimise travel and maximise the circular economy, but the post is open for all to apply.

The job will suit someone who already has fine art skills and the capability to produce their crests, coats of arms and other hand-painted products.

Scotcrest is a small but growing family business with trade and private customers worldwide and will provide support and training at their new workshop in Port Glasgow.
