River Clyde Homes has announced changes to its Executive Leadership Team, with two new Director appointments.

RCH Group consists of River Clyde Homes, the social landlord, together with its commercial subsidiary, Home Fix Scotland.

Stevie MacLachlan (above right) has been appointed as Customer Services Director. Stevie joined River Clyde Homes in October 2016, where he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership through the delivery of several service transformations. Stevie previously held a number of roles with Glasgow City Council, particularly within Homelessness Services.

Kevin Smith (above left) has been appointed as Property Services Director. Kevin is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with a career spanning three decades.

Kevin has a significant foundation of professional services experience working with organisations such as Rydens, Graham + Sibbald, and Cushman & Wakefield. Latterly, Kevin also held a senior role at Arnold Clark, and he joins us from his current employer, St Modwen.

Following highly competitive recruitment processes, Richard Turnock, Chief Executive of RCH Group, said:

“I am delighted to announce these key appointments to our executive team. Stevie and Kevin provide the necessary leadership to help us deliver our ambitions for our overall customer proposition.”
